Automatic tool measurement using a probe

For milling cutters, drills/step drills and form cutters.
In the machines, different geometrical values can be measured with the help of a probe, depending on the tool type. (The following list is not complete):
- Clamping length, radial view direction, division, position of coolant hole
- Diameter, lead, taper angle, taper, cutting edge length, flute depth
- Shear angle, chamfer angle, side distance
- Run-out error
This option needs a single customized adaptation to the installed measurement procedure.
The possibilities are dependent from the form of the used probe.
